Vivek Chandrasekar: Founder, CEO
Bangalore, India

    With more than ten years of IT experience, he brings in strong expertise in customer relationship, management and technologies in areas of J2EE application development, web based technologies and Business rules engines and Optimization solutions.
    He was a Senior Manager at Tavant Technologies, until recently he was based in the US as a Program Manager, managing delivery and client relationship for one of the most critical systems to its customers in Mortgage Pricing.
    He brings in strong technical expertise and experience in niche areas, i.e., BRMS, Optimization and Web based applications.
    He has provided leadership role in architecting and designing solutions based on Java and ILOG Rules and Optimization platforms at Tavant.
    He holds a Computer Science and Engineering degree from Bangalore University. He has worked extensively in the United States, United Kingdom and Indian marketplace.

Manjunath Reddy: Founder, Chief Technology Officer
California, USA

    Reddy has over ten years of experience in architecting and leading information technology solutions for Enterprise Systems.
    He has delivered a number of web technology projects as a Director of Engineering at Tavant Technologies. Architected and Designed Semantic web platform during his tenure as a Senior VP at Relevant Digital.
    His core focus has been Insurance and Financial verticals. His experience encompasses working with large onsite and offshore teams for clients such as Mercury Insurance, Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase, Charles Schwab, Ameriquest Mortgage, etc. Work undertaken has included Enterprise security gateway for the entirety of the South American market, Trading, Online strategy for E-Banking, Portfolio Management, Online Trading, Mutual Fund advisor systems.
    Mr. Reddy has worked extensively in the United States, South American and Indian marketplace.

Suman Radhakrishna: Founder, Director of Business Strategy and Operations
Bangalore, India

    Suman is the founder and director of Eos, she brings in more than ten years of software industry experience.
    Prior to starting Eos, she was based in the US, responsible to deliver internet based software solutions for clients such as FirstAmerican, Keane etc., in doing business architecture and analysis, technical architecture and setting up onsite-offshore delivery models.
    Prior to that, she has worked as a web technology architect at IGate and PSI Data Systems, providing technical leadership to the team, designing J2EE / Java based platforms in business areas such as elearning, retail and investment banking. Working with clients in France, Germany, and Argentina with management and delivery responsibilities. She brings in key value add in management and technology for web / internet based applications.
    She holds a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Bangalore.

Karthik Chandrasekar: Founder, Director of Technology Innovation
Bangalore, India

    Karthik is the founder of Eos, focused on technology innovation at Eos.
    Prior to joining Eos, he worked with Thought Works Inc, and was based in the US and India implementing a number of software systems to its clients in Java/J2EE, RubyOnRails, AJAX technologies.
    He has worked closely with some of the industry leaders in technology innovation and highly experienced in Agile methodologies and XP while at Thought Works, written articles on latest technologies such as RubyOnRails. He specializes in technology research and innovation in Web technologies such as AJAX, RubyOnRails, Usability, J2EE.
    He brings in very strong technical leadership and experience in the latest of Web technologies.

Pavan Kale: Director, Business development

    Pavan Kale has over ten years of Information Technology experience working for some top US consulting houses and start up firms.
    He has a comprehensive background in working on large IT initiatives in both private and government sectors. He brings to Eos, experience in a wide variety of domains ranging from Health care Informatics, Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing and Government (both at federal and state levels) domains.
    He holds a masters degree in Information Technology from Virginia Tech and bachelors degree in Physics, Math & Electronics from Bangalore University. Pavan is a consulting Director at Eos from metro Atlanta area.
